This training is intended for institutions that plan to comply with the new Title IX regulations that take effect August 1, 2024. Higher education institutions are legally required to provide specialized training on an annual basis to individuals responsible for investigating and adjudicating sex discrimination, sex-based harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking complaints.
